Jason Capra, who is a member of IAM Local 778 in Kansas City, MO, won the IAM 2016 Convention raffle for a John Deere Gator voucher worth $14,999.

Capra, who is a 9 year IAM member and steward at Belger Cartage Service, did not believe he had won when he received the phone call from IAM Midwest Territory General Vice President Philip J. Gruber.
"I'm hoping to make your day better," said GVP Gruber when he told Jason he had won the voucher worth $14,999. Jason said, "Is somebody messing with me?" GVP Gruber said, "You can believe it and you are the winner."
Jason promptly ordered a new John Deere Gator RSX850i from Heritage Tractor Located at 2606 Rock Haven Rd. Harrisonville, MO. He intends on using it for hunting, fishing and recreation.
