Tuesday members from NFFE-IAM joined pro-labor politicians in Washington, D.C. to call for an 8.7% wage increase for federal workers. If approved by congress and the president, the FAIR Act legislative bill will increase government salaries for thousands, counter a recent rise in inflation and sustain middleclass families of hardworking government workers.
