There are people who say it's difficult to get people to join a union in a Right-to-Work-for-Less state. However, don't tell that to the IAM District 5, Local 2525 organizing team working at the Case New Holland tractor plant in Fargo, ND.
On July 10, 2013, using the time to talk to new hires allowed by their IAM contract, the Union organizing team spent time talking to new hires about the benefits of union membership.
Following those conversations, 55 of the 64 new hires joined the Union
This is a significant achievement and a great effort by the IAM District 5, Local 2525 organizing team.
