The IAM will conduct a Federal Employees Collective Bargaining program April 7–12, 2019 at the William W. Winpisinger Education and Technology Center in Hollywood, MD.
The program will be useful to stewards and officers who negotiate in the federal sector. It will focus on areas including negotiating ground rules, preparing the local lodge for negotiations, collective bargaining and the law, contract bargaining and much more.
Enrollment forms for participants must be completed and returned not later than February 22, 2019 due to space limitations. Enrollments cannot be processed without proper local lodge approval.
